Encore was delighted to take the Bronze Award in the Property Management Company of the Year category at this year's industry Oscars - The Negotiator Awards 2014, organised by The Negotiator Magazine in association with Zoopla Property Group.

Encore team members travelled to London for the ceremony on 4 November, which saw winners announced from a strong fold of finalists. Encore was also shortlisted for the Employer of the Year title.

Company directors Stephen Chard and Neil Robinson said: "We've always said that Encore is committed to delivering high standards of customer service and that our proactive but personal approach to estate and block management is what sets us apart.
