Accent Property has been shortlisted as a finalist in three categories at this year's Negotiator Awards.
The company is in the running for Green Champion of the Year, Marketing Team of the Year and Independent Lettings Agency of the Year. The Negotiator Awards are organised annually by The Negotiator (the leading magazine for estate agents) in association with The Digital Property Group, FindaProperty.com and Primelocation.com. Top achievers from the world of property sales and lettings will descend on The Hilton Park Lane on November 11th where category winners will be announced by the evening’s host, comedian Rory Bremner. Accent Property's directors, Stephen Chard and Neil Robinson, said: "Accent Property aims to surpass client expectations in terms of service, accountability and value for money, and we are delighted that this has been recognised by an independent authority. To be shortlisted as finalists for three awards is tremendous and really underlines the dedication and professionalism of the whole team here at Accent Property.
"We will inevitably continue to grow over the next year, building on the successes of 2009, but we'll do that in a controlled and measured way, ensuring that each of our clients still holds our service level in the same high regard as they always have."
Clare Bettelley, editor of The Negotiator, added: We've had a terrific response and Accent Property has done brilliantly to get shortlisted from such a huge field. Britain's estate agents are certainly having a tough time at the moment, but this is an industry awash with talent, entrepreneurialism and creativity, so we're delighted we're able to organise a ceremony to reward those firms that are delivering industry best practice."
